Itinerary
1
The meeting point is at the Parador Nacional del Teide (main entrance).
2
Please bear in mind that this is a hiking activity, so you need to be used to walking. You must also bring suitable footwear and sportswear. This is a high-mountain trail where you’ll feel the altitude as you walk; it doesn’t require any technical skills or specific preparation, but you do need to be used to hiking trails.
3
It is not recommended for children under 7, people with severe respiratory or heart conditions, pregnant women and people with reduced mobility.
4
At night in the National Park, temperatures can be very low or drop sharply, so you’ll need to wrap up warm. It’s best to wear layers: a T-shirt, a jumper and a jacket. You’ll also need a hat for the cold, a neck warmer and gloves.
5
It’s important to be on time. Please bear in mind that there is no public transport to Teide National Park during the activity times. It takes approximately 1½ hours to reach Teide National Park from any town on the island. Plan your journey by car carefully to ensure you arrive on time for the activity!
6
You’ll need to bring a picnic dinner and water.
7
Don’t worry if the rest of the island is cloudy – we’ll be above the clouds!
8
You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the activity. After that, if you cancel your booking, no refund will be given.
9
In the event that the sky is not visible or weather conditions prevent the activity from taking place, a refund will be issued or the booking will be rescheduled for another date.
