In detail

This activity of ascent to the peak of Teide starts at 9:00 a.m. at the base of the Teide cable car (TELEFÉRICO TICKETS ARE NOT INCLUDED in the price of the activity) located at 2,356 metres above sea level. We will then ascend in the cable car cabin enjoying fantastic views of the National Park up to the top station located at 3,555 metres above sea level (also known as La Rambleta).

Together we will pass the access control to the nº10 or Telesforo Bravo path that leads us to the crater of Teide. From this point we will begin the ascent to the peak of El Teide to the highest point (3,715 metres), while we will give you information about the past and present of the National Park in general and El Teide in particular. Once we reach the summit we will have 15 minutes to enjoy the views. If the weather is good we will be able to see 4 of the Canary Islands (La Palma, La Gomera, El Hierro and Gran Canaria).

At around 10:45 hrs. we will start the descent from the crater and once back at the top station of the cable car you will have enough free time (without a guide) to observe the volcano of Pico Viejo from its viewpoint (recommended as its crater is 800 metres in diameter). In addition to all the usual visits to the Teide National Park.
