In detail

Meeting point: Teide Cable Car Base Station

At the agreed time, we will meet at the cable car base station, located at 2,356 meters above sea level. Here, you’ll receive a complete introduction to help you prepare and make the most of this unique experience. We’ll explain the route, safety measures, and share fascinating facts about Teide National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Cable Car Ascent: adrenaline meets awe

We’ll board the cable car for a breathtaking ride up to 3,555 meters. In just 8 minutes, you’ll find yourself gliding above a dramatic volcanic landscape with views that seem straight out of another world.
Wow Moment: as you ascend, the sea of clouds and lava formations beneath your feet turn every second into a living postcard.

La Rambleta and access to Trail No. 10 – Telesforo Bravo

Upon arrival at the upper cable car station (La Rambleta), we will begin the access control for the exclusive Trail No. 10, also known as Telesforo Bravo. This path, limited to a small number of visitors each day, leads directly to the Teide crater.
Wow Moment: only a lucky few are allowed to continue from here to the summit each day — and you’ll be one of them!

Final Ascent to the Crater: conquering the roof of Spain

Accompanied by our expert guide, we will begin the final hike to the summit of Mount Teide (3,715 m), the highest point in all of Spain. Along the way, we’ll share fascinating stories about the volcano’s geology, flora, fauna, and cultural significance.
Wow Moment: at the summit, you’ll have 15 minutes to enjoy absolute silence and a breathtaking panoramic view. Weather permitting, you may even spot up to four Canary Islands: La Palma, La Gomera, El Hierro, and Gran Canaria. A truly elevated experience in every sense!

Descent from the Crater and Free Time at the Upper Station

After enjoying the summit, we’ll begin our descent back to La Rambleta. Once there, you’ll have some free time (unguided) to explore at your own pace.
We recommend visiting the viewpoint overlooking the Pico Viejo volcano, whose 800-meter-wide crater is as impressive in size as it is for the views toward the island’s southwest.

End of the Experience and Optional Exploration of the National Park

Once the guided activity ends, you’ll be free to continue discovering other corners of Teide National Park on your own. From spectacular viewpoints to trails through ancient lava flows, the park offers endless opportunities to keep being amazed.
